It definitely isn't. This is one of the several more popular formats for a scam ad. Nothing but options listed separated by periods. Several that don't make sense for the vehicle. One picture. No plates. Price ending in a number that isn't zero of five. Listed price well below 50% of actual value. Email only contact consisting of a first name and several numbers, as if a middle schooler from 2001 were selling it.
